King Technology is a Minnesota-based manufacturer specializing in innovative, easy-to-use water sanitation products, for swimming pools and hot tubs. Known for its FROG® brand, which uses proprietary minerals to reduce chlorine usage by up to 50%, the company creates sanitizing systems for pools, hot tubs, and swim spas. The company is famous for its FROG® (Fresh Mineral Water®) systems, which provide a “no mess, no guess, no stress” water care experience. Other brands include New Water®, SANI King (Perform-Max), and recently acquired Ahh-some/Hot Tub Serum. King Technology develops, patents, and manufactures products that sanitize water using minerals, aimed at making, water cleaner, clearer, and softer. They also offer specialized solutions for service professionals, such as the FROG® Algae Blocker 4Pro™. Founded with a focus on “out-of-the-box” innovation, the company emphasizes stewardship, integrity, and, supporting its community. SYTELINE CRM MODULE WAS NOT ROBUST ENOUGH FOR MULTIPLE REASONS

After trying to utilize the SyteLine CRM module, it was determined a full-featured CRM was needed. Syncsite had engaged King Technology and its team to determine what CRM needs they had.

BIDIRECTIONAL, REALTIME INTEGRATION WAS NEEDED WITH SYTELINE

One of the requirements for success was the CRM had to integrate well with King’s ERP, SyteLine. Fortunately for King, that’s just one of the strong points of Infor CRM SLX.  Right out of the box, there is bi-directional, real-time integration between SyteLine on-premise or CSI in the cloud. By setting up the CRM in Infor’s cloud, King was able to utilize a powerful, free connector from Infor called ION as the middleware between SyteLine and Infor CRM SLX. Customers, ship tos, estimates, customer orders, invoices, RMAs, items, inventory, sales person and all pricing including the price matrix instantly flows between systems.

SyteLine data flows into CRM and the entire company has one source for all of their sales and support information. Automated communications help keep customers apprised of their order’s status.
