Infor named a winner on the #CRMWatchlist 2019 – and every year since 2011
CRM analyst Paul Greenberg expects Infor to have big impact on customer relationship management technology this year. That’s why he selected Infor as a Winner on the CRM Watchlist 2019.
“This is an impact award,” Greenberg says. The winners are companies that “were a powerful force of influence and effect” on the customer-facing technology world in 2018, and “are likely to continue to have it for the next few years.”
Greenberg announced his annual list of companies to watch in CRM on his ZDNet blog. Some 73 companies submitted for consideration; only 14 were named Winners. Infor has been on the Winners list every year since 2011.
