Nick Kyriazis has spent over 25 years in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software environment and its related solutions of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), Field Service Management (FSM) and Marketing Automation (MA). Nick has worked in a sales and consultative role in the past with Timberline Software, ACT! and since 1997 has been working with SalesLogix (now Infor CRM) in various capacities.
He worked directly for SalesLogix on their major accounts team where he managed and help implement such accounts as Kraft, Hallmark Cards and Bankers Insurance. Since 2003, Nick has been a partner with Syncsite and is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he oversees all business development and marketing functions and is often somewhere in the US or Canada meeting with clients and prospects. Mr. Kyriazis attended Bentley University in Waltham, MA. and is married with two young sons.
Nick believes that a major component of Syncsite’s success is the emphasis placed on treating every customer as a “partner” and never a one-time sale. He takes the time to study, analyze and interview as many stakeholders as needed to ensure every solution is the “right fit” for both features/benefits but also cost and exact business needs. Mr. Kyriazis entrepreneurial spirit came from his father who owned an auto repair shop and a few restaurants while Nick was growing up in Florida. This upbringing taught him that fairness and empathy are keys to success in business and life overall.
On a side note, Nick is an amusement park ride junkie and a talented chef. So when he isn’t working to make sure his clients have the optimal CRM solution installed, you may find him braving the rides at Busch Gardens or heating up the kitchen and his family’s palates on the weekend.
